Authors retain copyright in their articles without restriction and grant the Journal of Science and Technology in Civil Engineering (JSTCE), Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), a license to publish the articles and to be identified as the original publisher.

Articles published by JSTCE are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Under this license, users may copy and redistribute the articles in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the original publication and that a link to the license is included. If an article is remixed, transformed, or built upon, the modified material may not be distributed.

Authors may deposit and share the submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript, and published version of their articles in institutional or subject repositories, on personal websites, and through other non-commercial platforms without an embargo period. The original publication in JSTCE should be properly acknowledged by citing the published article and providing a DOI link to the published article.
